Pursuant to Section 4g (2) Sentence 2 of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), the external data protection officer (DPO) of a company must make the information specified in Section 4e BDSG available to any person in an appropriate manner upon request. dreieins Innovative Pädagogik gGmbH fulfills this obligation with this public directory of procedures open to everyone.

4. Purpose of the data collection, processing or use:
Personal data is required for the organization of procedures within the school and/or day care centers. Personal data is collected for the drafting of contracts, salary and payroll accounting, the entire human resource management, cooperation with partners, sponsors and other collaborators as well as all marketing activities. Personal data is used for enrollment and educational care, evaluation and assessment of students, lesson planning as well as after-school care. The school has the characteristics of an all-day school. It works based on state framework curricula, fully implementing the goals laid out therein. The framework curriculum is extended by binding creativity offers which are integrated into instruction and after-school care.
5. Description of data subjects as well as the data and data categories relating to them:
Children in daycare centers, pupils and their legal guardians have data profiles. Teachers and members of staff have employment profiles. Suppliers, partners, sponsors and other cooperation partners have contact profiles. All data relating to the data subjects such as members of staff, pupils, legal guardians, suppliers, sponsors and other cooperation partners are stored solely for the purposes outlined in item 4.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients with whom data may be shared:
Public authorities in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. The data relating to the teachers and members of staff are processed by an external service provider. IT support for the computer systems is also conducted by an external service provider.
7. Time limits for the deletion of the data:
The government has enacted a wide range of retention obligations and periods. After these deadlines have expired, the corresponding data will be deleted. If data is not affected by this, it will be deleted when the purposes mentioned under item 4 cease to apply.
8. Planned data transmission to third countries:
A transfer of personal data to third countries is not planned.
9. Technical and organizational safety measures:
Technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect the data against misuse of any kind. The quality of these measures is based on state-of-the-art information and communication technology. Consequently, these particularly sensitive data sets are stored and processed on secure systems. These systems are managed and maintained by persons authorized to access them.
10. Cookies
This website uses cookies. They do not cause your computer any harm and do not contain viruses. Cookies make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files which are stored to your computer by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. After your visit, these will be deleted automatically. Other cookies will remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself. These cookies allow us to recognize you upon your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you will be notified about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. 11. Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to display geographic information visually. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about visitors‘ use of the map functions. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.
12. Use of Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC („Google“), on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f. GDPR). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookies about the user’s use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Google is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thereby guarantees to comply with the European data protection laws (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating the user’s use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services to us relating to website activity and Internet usage. As a part of this process, pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We use Google Analytics only with IP anonymization enabled. This means that the user’s IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will be transmitted to a Google Server in the USA and shortened there only on an exceptional basis.
The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser will not be linked with other data held by Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser settings accordingly. Users may also prevent Google from recording the data generated by the cookie and any information pertaining to your use of the website (including your IP address) or processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available through the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Users‘ personal data will be deleted or anonymized after 14 months.
13. Web fonts used by Typekit
Our website uses fonts as a Typekit service provided by Adobe. No cookies are placed or used in the course of providing the Typekit service. To provide the Typekit service, Adobe may collect information about the fonts that are supplied on the web server. This information is used for billing and compliance purposes and may include:
(1) supplied fonts
(2) ID of the set
(3) account ID
(4) service supplying the fonts (e.g., Typekit or Edge Web Fonts)
(5) application requesting the fonts (e.g., Adobe Muse)
(6) server supplying the fonts (e.g., Typekit server or Enterprise CDN)
(7) host name of the page where the fonts are loaded
The Typekit service is used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.
14. Use of YouTube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, a site operated by Google. The site is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you access one of our pages with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established. In the process, the YouTube server will be notified of which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you will allow YouTube to link your web surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
